Compensation

$195.00 per hour for claims less than $75,000.00; $225.00 per hour for claims exceeding $75,000.00. Study time and telephone conference time will be charged. Travel time will be charged with travel expenses and lodging to be billed at cost. Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice will be charged one 8-hour day.
