disputes, and attorney fee disputes, major partner/auto dealer dispute and real

Mediator experience in the Connecticut Workers Compensation Commission as per
diem Commissioner.

recently mediated an international Commercial dispute with claims to $950
million dollars.

Compensation
$350.00
per hour.
Study
time, research, and telephone conference time will be charged per hour. Travel expenses and lodging to be billed at
cost. Cancellations of a hearing day of less than 48 hours notice will be
charged one 8-hour day.
One hour
daily minimum.
First
hearing day 8 hours minimum charge.
Will
travel nationally and internationally.
