On I-95 proceed North until the merge onto I-91 North.
Merge into the right hand lane, and proceed onto I-91 North.
Exit at exit 3, Trumbull Street.
Turn right onto Orange Street off the exit ramp.
Then turn right onto first street after exit -- Bradley Street.
Proceed on that street until State Street.
Turn right onto State Street following under highway overpass.
State Plaza is after the overpass on the left.
